It is our pleasure to invite you to enjoy our newly renovated and first- time offered cottage with all of the pleasures of West Bay in the backyard.
My wife Tricia and I are very excited to be able to share our new home with all of you. You will be able to enjoy 133 feet on the water right out the back door! There’s three quarters of an acre on West Grand Traverse Bay, one of the largest lots on the Bay! Plenty of room to do most anything, bring lots of toys!
Beautiful views, large lot, convenient to water sports, shopping, skiing, snowmobiling, public parks, golfing, hunting, gambling, 2 marinas, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, banks, wineries, Clinch Park Zoo, Lake Leelanau public access and of course beautiful downtown Traverse City (all within 6-10 miles). So make our home your home, we think you’ll enjoy it as much as we do! Only 6.5 beautiful miles from downtown!
Since Tricia and I both come from large families, we realized the necessity to have ample sleeping accommodations to meet the needs of large groups of people. We are committed to cleanliness and have contracted with a local cleaning company which will prepare the house prior to your arrival. We have very high standards and expect that the house will be spotless when you get there. We encourage a two family or two couple system to make your stay more affordable as long as the number of people are registered at the time reservations are made.
Don't let the lack of sunshine in these photos fool you! Summer in Traverse City is full of sunshine and warm weather! We will be bringing in fresh, clean sand to make your beachfront experience even more enjoyable! Horseshoes and volleyball nets will be installed on the premises to give you and your family plenty of outdoor activity, all while gazing out on beautiful West Grand Traverse Bay!
